1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be approved in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Missing item in the order

  • Order cancelled before dispatch

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Opened or used perfumes/fragrances

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Orders with incorrect address provided by customer

  • Change of mind after delivery

3. Return Request Time

Any issue must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with order details and clear photos/videos of the item.

4. Refund Process

Once the request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or store credit.

5. Refund Timeframe

Refunds may take 5 to 10 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.

6. Exchange Option

In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
